With a genuine passion for real estate and a strong commitment to results, I provide professional, personalised guidance across property sales and management in Townsville and surrounding areas.
My journey in real estate began in the USA, where I worked with a diverse range of clients - from military personnel and first-time buyers to experienced investors. I later expanded my experience into the Australian market, working in new home sales and house-and-land packages in Sydney, giving me strong insight into development projects, pricing strategy, and contract negotiation.
I also hold a Certificate IV in Finance and Mortgage Broking, allowing me to better understand lending structures, borrowing capacity, and the financial side of every property transaction.
